– The module can be compatible with any electric shutter motor with 4 wires,(Live Wire 1, Live Wire 2, Neutral Wire, Earth Wire), and 100-250 VAC voltage input, But the live wire 1, liver wire 2 (for open and close )and neutral wire these 3 wires must be required for installation, otherwise it can’t connect with our switch.
– Before using App to control the shutter, please keep the wall manual switch at ‘STOP’ position, otherwise , the App can’t work, it’s to protect the motor.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
