How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. When available we provide free shipping to over 185 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship too. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.Covid restrictions effecting delivery not included
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused. Some items excluded due to hygiene reasons
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of justbuyitshopper (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days. Admin fees may apply
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps. Take care when choosing clothing by comparing size charts

I haven't had these pants very long, so I can't speak to durability yet. But they are lightweight and comfortable and come at a decent price, so they're a good value. Some have said the sizing is off, but they fit me true to size. I'm happy with them so far.
Pants fit well. True to size. Be aware, these are high waist, and sit above the hip. The material is light, but very tough. Haven’t had the opportunity to try out the water proofing yet.
Excellent tactical pants. Fantastic fit. Very comfortable and quick dry. So far the durability seems outstanding. Not so much for water resistant but I have noticed they are stain resistant.
Hey, maybe there are many manufacturers and pants that would work just as fine, but I bought these without any real idea what the best would be. For me, they are great. I just want something that fits and allows me to hike some of the local NY trails. I have no complaint what so ever.
I wear it for work and it fits me perfectly. It has water resistant, a lot of pockets for all my stuff and it toughs. I can abuse it and it not easily tear or breaks apart like other pants I have. I like it a lot that I bought it in three different colors. Highly recommended and I hope you like it as much as I do.

Great pair of tactical pants. Dark Camo pattern is awesome! Looks even better in my hands than it did on the website. So excited AFTER opening and trying on the product. Little bit of stretchy in the waistband helps the fit so much. Great thick material.
Stain resistant, somewhat water resistant. Lots of pockets . Good price range. I"d recommend these to friends . I bought one pair to try, and then more when worked out great.
I got the camo. Looks very good. I am 100 kilos and 200 cm tall, XXL fits well. Not the sturdiest material ever, but good for the price and stylish, waist and crotch cut properly.

Not my size needed or one size smaller ordered it was necessary to XL large me 180 have 78 kg and they are on the mine large but lutsha was just good for me. menche size, color OCHIN class and fabric too

The goods arrived in seven days. The sewing condition is perfectly clean. I want to get another color.
The pants are pretty cool. A bit too loose in the ass that the step is too low. I took size 'L'. A smaller one would be inappropriate because the legs are just right. My dimensions are: height - 180 cm weight - 76 kg. waist circumference - 91 cm.
I waited two months for my order. But the product is very good.
