Refunds & Returns Policy

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled. Admin fee may apply.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing) under normal shipping conditions outside of any pandemic delays locally or internationally or effected by acts of God, such as floods and earthquakes. You may get items much faster than you expected, this also depending on your shipping selection.
  • you receive the wrong item including colour or size you selected. 12 day return window to manufacturer.
  • Product was faulty, broken at time of delivery or was not as described. 12 day return window to manufacturer.
  • you do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused and in original packaging) 12 day return window to manufacturer. Non available returns on under garments and sex toys.
  • Refunds approved at our discretion on all goods once manufacturer has received them and agreed that there was an issue. They may at this time choose to send you a replacement of which we will notify you.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address) acts of God as above.
  • You have used the goods and not paid attention to instructions such as use of or washing instructions and damaged the item.
  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster or pandemic effected deliveries).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page. We will do our best to find your package at that stage or refund.
